It is the same with taxes.

Increasing the down payment from 3.5-5% will in theory increase the revenue by 30% per transaction, BUT lower the volume by 40%. 

They remind me of Realtors that hide the lock boxes. How does making it harder to get a loan or harder to show a house help.</description>
