Rent lease is in my ex-wife's name, utilities are included in the rent and the phone and cable bills are in her name as well. I am currently interested in some properties with a relatively small mortgage ($40,000) but I am reflected in the above description. My income is through Social Security Disability, and I receive enough through this to pay the mortgage on a loan this size.
