I am unable to get an FHA loan, eventhough loan limits were raised, because the value of my house has dropped so much & my ratios aren't where they need to be. I feel like I am dropping in between the cracks! I am not in foreclosure status, but see the properties around me severely impacting my value which affects everyone in the community.
