We applied for a cashout loan several years ago with my husband's self employment income and our loan was sold to a company who does not accept stated income and my income was not sufficient to refinance causing our loan rate to jump from 8 to 9-1/2%..between the high costs of gas and higher house payment..i need assistance to get into a fixed lower rate.
