I am a retired Regisgtered Investment Advisor, Enrolled Agent and Licensed Insurance Producer. I am very interested in working volunteer or part-time paid in, first: reverse mortgages counseling and, second: personal money management. I understand that there is HUD training in my state of VA in May for Certified Mortgage Counseling. However, not being with an approved agency I don't know where to begin. Can you help?
